The EFA-SRT® CR Efficient high-speed roll-up door was specially designed for use in clean rooms with medium requirements. The particularly narrow door frames allow for a space-saving and visually appealing installation, even in confined spaces. Thanks to an integrated absolute encoder, the door can immediately return to automatic operation even after a power failure, without the need for a manual synchronisation run.
A special Transilon curtain was specially developed for use in clean rooms. It is only 2 millimetres thick and available in various colours with or without a viewing window. Furthermore, it is possible to install the EFA-SRT® CR Efficient with either a straight or a slanted cover. This results in reduction of particle deposits. The EFA-Tronic® control system was also specially developed for the use in clean rooms. It uses an externally mounted polycarbonate control cabinet with integrated frequency converter.
Compared to a conventional ISO class 6 door, the EFA-SRT® CR Efficient high-speed roll-up door causes significantly lower maintenance costs with the same number of load changes. The efficient clean room door EFA-SRT® CR Premium has been designed for 100,000 load cycles p.a. within the scope of programmed maintenance with individual inspection intervals.
The EFA-SRT® CR Efficient is TÜV-certified for use in clean rooms up to ISO class 6. The special folding mechanism (active lintel seal) as well as the low facing means that there is only a low lintel requirement.
